Jumping Rope For Cardio Fat Blasting

When we were younger we would play games and jump rope. We never realized that jumping rope would be good for us–we just knew that it would be fun.

However, boxers and bodybuilders jump rope since they know that it is good cardio exercise and that it can burn off about 100 calories every 5 minutes. That’s more than standard aerobics, using a treadmill or stepper.
